President Kim gave a special lecture about 'Understanding data-driven administration' for public officers of Hwa-seong City, Gyeong-gi Province on November 21st, 2019.

The talk consisted of overview of Big Data, importance of Big Data practice of public officials, and introduction to 'Hye-ahn', the Korean Government's Big Data analysis platform and more.

Presented analysis practices conducted by non-Big Data professional government officers were particularly inspirational for the participants to drive motivation to employ Big Data.

President Kim made an assertion to keep making various efforts for local government body like Hwa-seong City could actively utilize Big Data and work on data driven policy making practice.
