NIRS held 'The 2nd Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MoIS) Innovation Relay' event on August 19th, 2019 at the auditorium.

MoIS Innovation Relay is to share innovation best practices among MoIS and its affiliated institutes and to keep innovation momentum together. 'Innovation Telescope', the symbol of innovation spirit, has been passed along to a next hosting institution as a baton is in a relay race.

MoIS' representative innovation cases such as 'Operation innovation toward a data advanced country', 'A.I. based cyber security management system', and 'Government business innovation with Big Data' were presented at the event.

President Kim introduced innovation policies of NIRS and showed the determined stand about constant innovation.
