Comprehensive Operation Management Division of NIRS held <The 2023 Cloud-based common administrative service user training> session on October 24th, 2023.

During the session, the training on G Drive, Onmail, PC video conferencing, Ontalk, and GVPN was provided for officials in charge and users of both central and local government agencies.
Through this practice, overview, status, and improved features to each service and more were introduced and various opinions on them were collected.

As a face-to-face training was given for the first time in a while since the pandemic occurred, attendees were actively participating in the session and had time to clear questions they had been curious about.
