NIRS held a Launching Ceremony of 'Client Designers Group'* consists of internal & external clients, experts and service designers on October 24th, 2018.

Appointment certificate, a training session for understanding service designing methods and the kick-off meeting were provided at the event.

NIRS is expecting this policy-making-with-clients move will go successfully and is going to operate the group continuously.

* The system that invites clients to participate in the policy making process and eventually find out and reflect their potential needs in the policies rather than formulating them as provider centric way.
