President Ms. Kim gave a talk at a policy debate for nurturing female ICT experts co-hosted by The 4th Industrial Revolution Forum of National Assembly and The Women Information Scientist Association of Korea about the theme 'Talented people required in the A.I. era and necessities to change the current way we recruit' on May 17th, 2019.

She introduced overall states of social transformation across academia, industry and government, corresponding government policies and required capabilities came along. She also addressed trends of recruiting has been changing for personal competency with digital technologies to be able to handle specific problem solving tasks to be emphasized.

She highlighted digital proficiency has now become a basic craft across overall areas rather than limitedly applied in specific realm such as female or some particular jobs.
