NIRS held a meeting on launching a Client Policy Designers Group for Common Administrative Services on June 22nd, 2021.

The group is to support the administration understanding critical needs from clients perspectives and drawing out innovative ideas to improve Common Administrative Services. They had discussed particularly about GVPN and PC video conferencing system for this time which have shown dramatic increases in users during the pandemic.

Through the meeting, troubles, problems and various new ideas about the topic were explored which are expected to be reflected in actual policies to better serve clients. The next meeting scheduled to be held in November will address feedbacks on hands-on practices and more.
