Network Security Division of NIRS replaced the outdated file servers with the new ones.
The integrated file server is a centralized file management system that collects all files into the servers to avoid storing any types of document and deliverable, created by the private IT partners and operators, in local PCs.
A user training was provided for smooth file server operation, covering the topics of server installation guidelines, how to use them, data migration procedures and key considerations during migration processing.
The implementation of the new file servers resolved existing maintenance issues such as the unavailable application of the security patch on the outdated systems and facilitated more stable task services by enhancing operation stability.
