NIRS held an appointment ceremony and the first meeting with the '2022 Client Policy Designers Group for Common Administrative Services' on July 12th, 2022. Common services refer to the government services being used both in central and local government entities.

The group is to support the administration by sharing crucial needs from clients' perspectives and drawing out innovative ideas to improve the services. Some of the highlighted services of this year include GVPN, email platform, standard business portal and the messenger.

Around 30 designated members were invited to the ceremony and the meeting.
More of convenient means of communications such as SNS channel and bulletin board would be introduced for more efficient and frequent discussion.
