For the first half of 2025, the Information System Division 2 of NIRS　Gwangju and Korea Fiscal Information Service(KFIS) conducted a joint disaster recovery drill for the National Subsidy Integrated Management Service* operated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
*National Subsidy Integrated Management Service : an integrated management system covering the entire process of the national subsidy administration task to facilitate transparent and efficient stewardship of the subsidy

The training including the total of forty-two participants(twenty participants from NIRS　Gwangju and twenty-two participants from KFIS) was conducted using scenario-based sitmulations regarding the sudden information system outage caused by a fire in the server rooms. Both organizations cooperated and successfully reactivated the disasater recovery systems within the target time objectives.
Through the drill, NIRS and KFIS　had the opportunity to enhance the disaster response system by strengthening the prompt response process and ensuring business continuity.
