Instead of holding an inaugural ceremony to prevent the premise from being infected by latent Corona virus 19 in case, Mr. Kang, Dong-seok, the new and the 2nd President of NIRS, started his first official day with getting briefings on major on-going issues of NIRS on March 3rd, 2020.

At the urgent check-ups, Mr. Kang said he felt a burden of responsibility to be a head of NIRS, the control tower of digital government in this important period of time when safety of the people and the nation is mostly required and emphasized.

He made it clear to make every efforts to focus on sharpening capabilities to lead the digital government by providing quality ICT services.
